Chevron Pacific Indonesia bermitra dengan Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKS) dengan Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas). Saat ini sedang membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.
1. Specialist PGT
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Leads the maintenance representatives or analysts to carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs related to transmission and distribution facilities in substation, transmission and distribution system, major maintenance activities, implements reliability centered maintenance (RCM) task, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, adjustment or modification work in alignment with surface equipment reliability and integrity processes. This should include providing technical guidance to subordinates to assist in resolving the problem of equipment and organizing necessary resources (internal or business partners).
- Seek opportunity to improve reliability in transmission and distribution facilities utilize Lean Sigma and other Reliability Improvement tools.
Persyaratan :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA 2.75 in Electrical Power System Engineering
- Min. 4 years experience in oil and gas upstream business or power utility as Field/Operation Engineer will be advantages.
- Understand basic principal such as Load Flow Study, protection coordination, equipment datasheet, ARc Flash Study, single line, three-line diagram, etc.
- Familiar with Facility Engineering Principles and Techniques for Surface Equipment Oil & Gas.
- Familiar in using Standard and Codes such as: ANSI, IEEE, NEC, ASTM, NFPA, etc.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in team, comfortable with tight deadlines and naturally is a self-starter.
- Having effective communication and presentation skill and Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English and familiar with Microsoft Office, and ETAP or similar programming.
- Have willingness to be relocated to all Company operations locations in Indonesia.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Leads the maintenance representatives or analysts to carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs related to mechanical and major rotating equipment, major maintenance activities (gas turbine combustion inspection, hot gas inspection, or major inspection), implements reliability centered maintenance (RCM) task, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, adjustment or modification work in alignment with surface equipment reliability and integrity processes. This should include providing technical guidance to subordinates to assist in resolving the problem of equipment and organizing necessary resources (internal or business partners).
- Seek opportunity to improve reliability Gas Turbine operation and maintenance utilize Lean Sigma and other Reliability Improvement tools.
Persyaratan :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA 2.75 in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 4 years experience in oil and gas upstream business or power utility as Field/Operation Engineer will be advantages.
- This position requires the knowledge and experience to direct maintenance and repair of heavy duty gas turbine (GE Frame 5 and 6 or equivalent) compressor, combustion system, auxiliaries and waste heat recovery unit (WHRU). The successful candidate must be able to analyze major rotating equipment performance and recommend the maintenance tasks to sustain unit or plant operation
- Familiar with Facility Engineering Principles and Techniques for Surface Equipment Oil & Gas.
- Familiar in using Standard and Codes such as: ANSI, ASME, ASTM, etc.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in team, comfortable with tight deadlines and naturally is a self-starter.
- Having effective communication and presentation skill and Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English and familiar with Microsoft Office, and Mechanical engineering programming related gas turbine

4. Coordinator Field
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Providing supervision and leadership to assist Leader in ensuring team work activities are aligned to achieve Team Strategies and Objectives.
- Drive safety compliance, demonstrates the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
- Take decision-making in the field for daily activity like power restoration, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with other team in term of achieving EFI and customer satisfaction.
- On site supervision in providing tactical direction as per TL guidance.
- Lead 3rd party resources to manage operation activities, such as: ORDC, Housekeeping, Customer request, Commissioning and tie in power source for new well, Job planning process, Responsible for ensuring that all equipment/assets comply with applicable standards/regulations and Ensure OEMS in day to day operations and maintenance.
Persyaratan :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA 2,75 in Electrical or Instrument Field.
- Min. 4 years of experience as Electrical Engineer or Supervisor in Power System (Transmission, Substation, Distribution, or electrical load system).
- Able to understand electrical technical documents, such as one-line diagram, electrical data sheet, Load flow diagram, etc.
- Familiar in using Power System Standard and Codes such as: API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, IEEE, NEC, ISA, etc.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in team, comfortable with tight deadlines and naturally is a self-starter.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
- Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
- Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.

5. Drilling & Work Over Well Service Representative
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Managing day-to-day drilling/workover/well service operation activities of rig contractor personnel and business partners to execute the approved well program in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure well program execution as per applicable standards/requirements.
- Identify potential deviation and ensure all required processes are followed prior to continue the operation.
- Working in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Provide accurate daily reports and cost controls.
- This will be direct contract with Chevron that less than 1 year.
Persyaratan :
- Experience minimum 5 years in Drilling and Completion related operations.
- Minimum bachelor’s Degree with GPA: 3.0 in Petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
- Experience working as Drilling Eng./Completion Eng. or Drilling & Workover supervisor would be an advantage / preferred.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill.
- Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization.
- Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) and computer literacy.
- Have minimum TOEFL: 500 with certified from recognized institution.
- Having valid APB/APS, IADC/IWCF certification will be an advantage.
- Ready for rotation leave: 14 days ON / 14 days OFF or based on company regulation, with air ticket provided based on company guideline.
